About Project​

Midwood Condominium is the first residential Government Land Sales (GLS) site that went through Concept and Price (C&P) tender approach. This development features Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) construction methodology which garners high-yielding productivity initiatives such as PPVC (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction), Modular MEP and MET (Mass Engineered Timber). The development comprises of 564 units in two 29-storeys high towers, surrounded by nature enclaves such as Bukit Timah Nature Reserve and Little Guilin.
